Manufacturing Process:

Deplantes procures fresh bananas. First, fresh bananas are passed for washing, cleaning, and removing the damaged ones. Next, the skins are carefully peeled and sliced to extract the fully ripe banana pulp. The homogenised banana pulp is sprayed inside the spray dryer using an atomizer. The dryer's hot air evaporates the moisture and releases the fine particles. Our spray dried banana powder is then cooled before being checked for quality standards. Finally, they are packaged sterilely to sustain up to 1 year.
